Altro & Associates, Matt was a project manager at Accenture, a world leader in IT and Management Consulting services. During his 6 years at Accenture, Matthew developed deep expertise in the areas of Business Strategy, Process Design, and Client Relationship Management while working at a variety of clients in both the private and public sector.

At David A. Altro & Associates LLP, Matt is responsible for managing the core business aspects of the firm. This includes marketing, business strategy, operations and finance. Matt plays a key role in creating and managing important business relationships with other professional. He has also designed and developed the processes and systems that enable the delivery DAA & Associates to achieve excellence in client service.

Richard was a member of the Quebec Bar and practiced law as a lawyer for several years in the areas of civil litigation, corporate law, real estate law and successions. Today Richard practices law as a Quebec Notary and member of the Chambre des Notaries. His practice primarily focuses on estate and tax planning, trusts, real estate transactions, corporate reorganizations, and non-contentious proceedings.

Amanda Shear is a Florida, New York and Connecticut Attorney. She has argued frequently in both U.S. state and federal courts. She has a strong civil defense litigation background with experience in areas including medical malpractice defense, labor and employment law, product liability, personal injury defense and insurance coverage disputes. She graduated from the University of Michigan (B.A. with distinction, English). She earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York and participated in the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. She joined David A. Altro & Associates in September 2008 and will be working on cases involving Florida probate and real estate, as well as cross border tax issues.
